St. Paul Lutheran Church is located in Northwest Rockford, on the intersection of W Riverside Blvd. and Kilburn Ave, or Highway 70. 

Five miles from downtown, St. Paul is mature congregation of modest but faithful numbers. With a radius of 20 miles, St. Paul draws membership from Rockford and all of its suburbs. To the west and south of campus lie the fringes of city life, while to the north and east the landscape opens up into rural farmland.
